After placing an order for the customized/bespoke commission,
what can I expect?

- After receiving your order confirmation, we’ll get in touch via email with some questions before customization starts.

- Please prepare to send over some photographs of the people/pet you would
like to be drawn.

Kindly allow up to 3 weeks for customization.

Would I be able to return my customized/ bespoke commission? I have a change of heart.

As each piece is made to order, ALL personalized and customized/commissioned items are final and these products are non-returnable.  Please be sure before you make
the purchase.

This is a gift, do you do handwritten cards?

- I include handwritten notes in each order.
If sending it as a gift, please feel free to email me a message to include.

I noticed the prints you sell are giclée prints. What is a giclée print?

A giclée print is a high-quality fine art reproduction, where archival pigment inks
are sprayed onto an archival fine art paper
or canvas.

These prints stand apart from standard prints due to their extremely high level of quality and longevity because the type of archival inks used on Giclée printers won’t fade when displayed in normal conditions indoors. In other words, the colors will retain their brilliance for a lifetime.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If your order was marked as delivered, but you have not yet received it, we ask that you take the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbors to see if the package was left there. 

2. Contact hello@hueyc.com and include your order number.

Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. 

Please note: We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
